CliqSpark scorecard guide
Complete the checkup in about five minutes, understand where the profile is strongest, and leave with a prioritized 30-day plan.
Quick start
Use the current public profile and website as your source. Choose Unknown whenever a fact cannot be confirmed.
Enter the business, market, website, profile link, and primary service area.
Compare the primary category and evaluate whether core services are complete and descriptive.
Record photo freshness, rating, review volume, recent review velocity, and review quality.
Evaluate review responses, Google profile updates, and whether Q&A addresses real decision-making questions.
Inspect the website destination, clear next step, call reporting, form reporting, booking or reservation reporting, and service-area consistency.
Interpret the report
The total score gives the headline. The category and opportunity views show where action should begin.
Use 75 as the healthy scorecard threshold. Red is below 60, yellow is 60-74, and green is 75 or higher.
The radar view groups related categories into Profile, Reputation, Engagement, Website Experience, and Reporting.
The horizontal chart normalizes every category to 100%. The lowest bars are the clearest operational gaps.
This view totals the scorecard points available in the three weakest categories. It is a planning aid, not a ranking forecast.
Begin with the first three recommendations. They are selected from the profile's weakest measured signals.
Work through the weekly sequence in order, then rerun the scorecard to document progress and remaining gaps.

Common questions
No. It uses the answers you enter and does not access, scrape, or modify a Google Business Profile.
No. The report is a planning tool. Rankings, case inquiries, reservations, bookings, calls, visits, and revenue also depend on competition, proximity, market conditions, implementation quality, and other factors.
Run it after the first 30-day improvement cycle, then quarterly or whenever the business changes its services, market, website, or tracking setup.
Keep it as Unknown until it can be confirmed. Unknown answers intentionally reduce certainty and often reveal a documentation or measurement gap.
Book when the report shows several overlapping gaps, the team needs help sequencing work, or the profile is healthy but results are not translating into case inquiries, reservations, bookings, calls, or visits.
